8 Months

Aiden is 8 months old! I know I am a couple days behind but it has been a long week with Aiden being sick. He is starting to finally feel a little better now! I am hoping the fever is finally gone but he still has a cough which may linger with us for a few more days. Check out my Month by Month  page to see the update on Aiden’s age, things he loves to do and new milestones!

Wordless Wednesday

Aiden got sick this past week so I am a little behind on my month to month post. I hope to have it up by tomorrow but today he is 8 month old! It started off with a little congestion and a runny nose this weekend which lead to a slight fever by Sunday night. Since the weather has been crazy this last week I just figured his”allergies” were bothering him again. Plus he had some teeth come in last week so I was not too concern about his slight fever yet. On Monday he was a happy camper during the day with no fever until about 4:30pm.  Then that evening he had a horrible cough with more fever so we made an appointment for him first thing on Tuesday morning for his runny nose, fever, and cough. To our surprise he had two ear infections and RSV! Aiden apparently is really tolerant of pain because he was not showing any signs of an ear infection other than a slight fever! Poor little guy but the hardest part for me was hearing him cry “Ma-Ma-Ma” with his eyes full of tears the last few nights!! Yesterday he seemed to be doing better but still needs a few days to fully recover.

I was planning on post this next week but since I am behind on his month to month I will share these pictures of Aiden and his boy cousins when they were 8 months old. There is nothing small about these guys!

Wordless Wednesday

Aiden is going in fast forward this week!!

 He got his first tooth and big bruise under his eye on Saturday. (He just has a light blue line under his eye so we were luck this time) 

He worked really hard on trying to take off in a crawling position on Sunday.

Then yesterday he got one more tooth! So he has two on the bottom plus he started army crawling! (which he has been working on for a week now but couldn’t figure out how to go foward)

Who knows what he will be doing next week when he turns 8 months old!!
